Digital Well-Being is the set of best practices and strategic advice for minors to use the Internet with greater confidence and less risk; for educational institutions, families, and the administration to work together to build the next model of digital citizenship; and for organizations and companies to continue to digitize without negatively affecting the productivity or efficiency, security or personal data, and without infringing on rights, health or well-being of any professional.” -Organizational Digital Well-Being, for companies to enhance and take care of the digital well-being of their employees through a method that improves their health, digital habits, and work environment, thus increasing productivity and efficiency. We develop occupational digital well-being strategies; training for managers and employees; productivity, efficiency, and digital security plans; and professional digital identity planning- School Digital Well-Being, so that students learn to use IT and the Internet with the values of respect and online civility and without putting themselves in danger. We develop workshops for students; training for faculty and administrators, strategies for school life, and plans against cyberbullying- Family Digital Well-Being, so that IT is a tool for the values we aspire to instill instead of something that takes away from the everyday communication we want with each other. We develop group workshops for parents, chats and discussions, conferences, and support for PTAs and minors-Civic Digital Well-Being, because the model of digital citizenship is in development, and the administration will have to lead the effort, democratizing it and associating it with empowerment and social cohesion. We develop digital well-being guides, awareness content and specialized articles, media campaigns, training for technicians, and action plans around the region.
