Asset Management & Distressed Asset Advisory • Investment Management, in illiquid and difficult assets, predominantly in legacy situations where other investors seek to dispose of their investments or the assets might not suit the business strategy such as Non-Performing Loans. We supervise and work closely with Special Servicers. • Advisory services include but are not limited to due diligence for sellers or buyers, valuation, restructuring or operative transformation of remaining organizational structures, processes and/ or resources on the seller side. We help the resolution of non-performing loans through either from establishing restructure programs or exit strategy connecting sellers with buyers, executing the wholesale process. • Liquidation Services: Administer the liquidation process, which include but are not limited to the supervision of asset disposals, negotiations, and settlement with creditors, processing third party liquidation cost.
