Depuis 2014, Secrateb, groupement d’employeurs culturel basé à Caen, élabore des outils permettant le développement de compétences professionnelles au service des projets culturels, par la mutualisation d'emplois. Secrateb permet aux co-employeurs – de tout type de structures culturelles – de créer des postes en temps partagés afin de structurer leurs activités et de développer ou pérenniser leur projet, au-delà d'une simple mise à disposition de personnel.
