Secret Sunrise

Secret Sunrise is a global movement, connecting the world through our united language of music & movement, sending positive ripples into the world for a complete mindset shift in how we express ourselves and how we interact with each other. We welcome everyone to our sessions. We are a gathering of sun saluters, expressionists, dancers, 9 to 5’ers, youngsters, oldies and people who just want to move or dance and celebrate the sun. Our youngest dancer has been 4 years old and our oldest, 91 years old! No matter what your age, gender, preferences, vocation, body size, fitness level or current mindset you are welcome in our community and at any of our sessions. Headsets are handed to you on arrival. Skilled and qualified facilitators guide you through songs that encompass mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, playfulness & fun, movement and dance.
