Secupay AG, headquartered in Pulsnitz near Dresden, is the largest owner-managed payment institution authorized by BaFin. Founded in by Hans-Peter Weber as a provider of EC terminals, the company has evolved with the ever-changing demands of the payment market to become a specialist for custom-fit payment and loyalty solutions online, offline and cross channel, for brick-and-mortar retail, eCommerce and sophisticated marketplace and platform businesses. Secupay thus enables a seamless and secure payment experience for every sales channel – for both merchants and their customers. With its "secucard" loyalty division, secupay offers customer loyalty solutions for face-to-face and online commerce. Coupons, vouchers or customer cards with individually designable loyalty programs can be accepted either contactless or by optically capturing the card data at the POS via cash register, tablet or terminal. All card, eCom and loyalty transactions and sales can be tracked in detail at any time via the secuOffice merchant portal. With the direct marketing tool secuAction integrated in secuOffice, customers can be addressed individually, vouchers and coupons can be sent, and information on product launches and bonus promotions can be provided. With the Collecting Service in payment transactions, secupay bundles the incoming payments of all payment types so that the merchants' accounting department can better reconcile revenues. In the case of purchase on account and SEPA direct debits, factoring with payment guarantee is also offered in addition to accounts receivable management. Currently, 75 employees, including 25 software developers, support around merchants and project customers and carry out 25 million transactions per year. This corresponds to a transaction volume of around 2.5 billion euros. Many years of experience with payment systems, as well as its modern and highly innovative infrastructure, enable secupay to offer a fast and reliable solution even for
