Secure Lease solves challenges in the rental market by offering an affordable coverage that (I) replaces the need for tenants to find individual guarantors,(ii) eliminates security deposit and protects property owners from risks inherent to renting property. We provide qualifying prospective tenants with financial guarantees far exceeding the one-month or two-month security deposit, which double the protection of traditional security deposits and significantly lower the upfront costs of tenants. We look beyond traditional credit scores to establish fair, reasonable and profitable rental opportunities. We created new credit evaluation methods to help disavantaged renters gain equal access to rental opportunities enjoyed by millions of Canadians. Even prospective tenants without a credit score OR with low credit score can still qualify. Our goal is to improve the real estate rental experience by establishing a trusting relationship between real estate owners and potential tenants.
