Our President, Mr. Jeff Fuller, is a former Army Special Forces Officer recognized for support of the USCG Maritime Security Risk Analysis Model (MSRAM) Program, research support for the USS COLE Commission, support for the Joint Chiefs of Staff anti-terrorism office and USSOCOM special operations.
