Sedar Properties has been developing property since 1988 — growing our portfolio of land, commercial, retail and residential spaces. Today, our multigenerational team is spread across Singapore and New Zealand. Our name embodies our commitment to growth with a conscience. Inspired by the resilient and timeless cedar tree, we chose “Sedar”, a Malay word meaning “intentional” or “conscious”, to reflect our purposeful approach to growth.
