Sednaoui & Tan host ephemeral dining experience inviting creatives and inquisitive people to the table. We also create bespoke experiences for private dinners, galleries, charities, museums and events. We work in the UK as well as internationally. Hosted by Léa Sednaoui & Clarence Tan Léa Sednaoui A fairly French and surely forward thinker, from Egyptian and Armenian descent with Lebanese roots - she navigates her passions the way she roams the world, with curiosity and intent. You can mostly find Lea inspired by an installation or recharging in nature, and before you know it, she would be preparing a feast for you. She likes bold ideas, prefers good manners and will always have a soft spot for sweet chestnut cream and a classic roast chicken (with crispy skin of course). Clarence Tan An ultimately Dutch adventure seeker, Clarence is also profoundly British, Malaysian, Indonesian, with his heart in New Zealand. If you manage to catch him, you will find Clarence off the beaten track, envisaging his next landscape design concept or concert production in Japan. A destination as an opportunity, he holds heartfelt fondness for British history & heritage, likes efficiency, and thrills over progressive ideas discussed over a few oysters (with a squeeze of lemon at most!).
