Seed Education

With a decade of development and growth, Seed Education has successfully integrated psychology with English teaching theories and practices to empower children to develop. This is done through a comprehensive competency model which encourages students to become highly motivated, highly competent, and highly effective in using the English language. Thousands of students benefit from our model, not only by achieving success in their academic life, but also by becoming independent and confident individuals exerting a positive influence to the world they live in. The core of our team is made up of talented individuals with many years of experience. We are a young institution but this hasn't stop us from breaking new ground. We became the first official exam centre to hold the Cambridge Main Suite of Exams and Teaching Knowledge Tests (TKT) in Heilongjiang Province. We were the first official Cambridge Reading Centre in Nanjing. We are also partnered with Cambridge Press to introduce the new Cambridge Global English course to more students, teachers and parents in China. It’s an unprecedented multi-stage, language-rich course for leaners of English as a second language. We firmly believe that great education can only be realized by a team of great educators. Seed endeavors to provide our teachers with access to the best resources, tools and trainings for professional and personal development. Having all obtained the TKT Young Learner certification (many with multiple TKTs), 80% of our 50+ teachers have the CELT-P certification, unprecedented in China. Also, our teachers have all participated in The British Council Continuing Professional Development Framework. We were the first language training institution in China to participate in this program. In terms of psychology training, we also invited experts in the field – scientists and researchers from the Chinese Academy of Sciences to share cutting-edge findings and research in Child Development Psychology.
