Our extensive experience benefits our clients when working with stakeholders such as State, City, and County Agencies, including the California Department of Water Resources (MWELO) and the Los Angeles County Fire Department Fuel Modification Unit. We also support our partners with incorporating Low Impact Development (LID) design requirements into our landscape plans as directed. We are experts in drought-tolerant plant palettes, low-water use planting plans, and irrigation design. We use sketches, 3D renderings, and computer aided drafting (CAD) to convey the vision from from loose conceptual design through final Construction Sets for building approvals and contractor bidding. Outdoor kitchens, swimming pools, fire features, retaining walls, decks, courtyards, driveways, selecting outdoor materials and finishes, and almost anything else you can think of for both commercial and residential projects is well within our scope.
