Seed PT Ltd. offers highly knowledgable and empathetic personal training for all clients, including many of whom have faced past or present challenges with eating disorders or poor body image and confidence. Seed PT also offers talks and workshops on the correlation between sport and eating disorders in order to spread awareness and support. The fitness industry can be a pretty alienating and exclusive space, a space for people that look and behave a certain way. However we believe that it’s fully possible to heal damaged relationships with food and physical exercise, and to find a love of movement that has nothing to do with appearance and everything to do with how it makes you feel. Seed PT is all about changing the traditional narrative to show that happiness and health is available to everyone.
