Seeds Care

Established in 2018, Seeds Care has been providing bespoke, person-centred care and support across Kent for over 7 years. We support people aged 16-65 with a range of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), challenging behaviours and mental health disorders, with the aim of making lifelong changes and enriching lives. Our Approach: At Seeds Care, we believe in a person-centred approach to care. Our ethos revolves around empowerment, ensuring service users are supported and encouraged to make their own choices and gain independence to reach their full potential. Our Services: We provide supported living and outreach services across Thanet, Dover and Deal that are bespoke and tailored specifically to the individual’s needs. The services we offer include- Supported Living - Outreach - Learning Disabilities - Autism/Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)- Complex Needs - Mental Health - Challenging Behaviour - Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Experience and Expertise: Our team of over 70 employees are passionate about making a positive impact and our dedication to staff development means our team receive training in Makaton, Epilepsy and PBS to name a few and are offered the opportunity to gain nationally-recognised qualifications.
