SeeTheVision movement is the voice of blind speaking to the world regarding blind and visually impaired people. We are empowering visually challenged people succeed and play on the same level playing field as the “seeing” community in all domains: studying, working, practicing sports, enjoying life, and profiting from a support of the majority. People with sight blindness and impairments are a valuable human asset. They deserve the right kind of recognition and opportunity in an inclusive environment. Provision of such need-based services for the visually impaired to enable them to develop their latent talents and realize their fullest potential is what the SEE THE VISION strives for. SeeTheVision strongly begrudges any action which could show the visually impaired people as disabled. Blindness is just the physical loss of eyesight, nothing more. Blind people are like everyone else, and can be expected to perform at par. Our movement has a crucial role to play in creating a world where there are no barriers to people with sight loss. We are a religious place for rehabilitation that affirms its commitment to empower visually challenged people to practice self-reliance by providing comprehensive rehabilitation, education, and employment opportunities to them. Realising the importance of education in empowering the visually challenged, SeeTheVision is providing scholarships to blind students from low socio-economic groups. Since inception the main goal of our movement has been to make the blind people independent in every which way. Apart from providing education that equips students with knowledge, confidence, and tools for success, SEE THE VISION takes several initiatives to ensure that blind people are also equivalent to non blind community in accessing mainstream employment opportunities.
