The Company holds exclusive rights to new, unique technology for shock and vibration isolation that will revolutionize the fields of mechanical and civil engineering. The Company’s intellectual property is currently the subject of nine United States patents, four pending patent applications and two provisional patents. Foreign rights are also being preserved through patent filings in selected countries worldwide. Because of the breadth of practical applications for the technology, the Company expects to maintain an energetic and rigorous schedule of intellectual property protection including the extensive use of non-disclosure agreements.
