Established in 1990, Nunnelee Commercial Properties has developed a reputation as the source for commercial real estate expertise in Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. In June of 2007, Nunnelee & Wright Commercial Properties was formed with the addition of Damon Wright as partner, and in December of 2024, Seiter & Wright was formed with the addition of Jerry Seiter as partner. Although we’re a local firm, we serve a national client base through our many contacts with large multi-national and regional brokerage firms. As members of CCIM and ICSC our Brokers have access to an extensive network of industrial, office, and retail specialists who represent thousands of clients internationally. Our firm provides a wide range of services in addition to traditional brokerage including property management, development consulting, and construction management.
