Select Sitters connects qualified nannies and babysitters with families. We screen all babysitters and nannies so that you can feel assured that your children will be happy and safe. Our focus is on providing simplicity for busy parents, peace of mind, and offering affordability. Select Sitters makes the process very easy for you to meet people who match your specific needs. We require all nannies and babysitters to go through a screening process including an interview with the agency, reference checks, background checks, and verification of CPR and First Aid certification. We do also require that all babysitters at minimum have 3 years of experience, childcare references, and reliable transportation. Nanny requirements are more stringent and are based on the specific needs and budget of the family.
