Select Trees Group is considered by many to be the leader in the production of high-quality sustainable landscape shade trees in the Southern U.S. Since our founding in 1985, it has been the goal of Select Trees to grow trees that landscape professionals consider the best available. At our two farms located near Athens, Georgia, we have developed a system for propagating, growing, and harvesting that addresses the quality of the entire tree and its long-term benefit in providing enhanced quality of life for countless people. Further, we have committed ourselves to the research and development necessary to evolve the process of tree selection in order to offer the best improved cultivars possible. We have been involved with numerous high profile projects, including the Dallas Cowboys stadium, Atlanta Braves and Falcons stadiums, and more than 900 large shade trees at the University of Georgia.
