Wir entwickeln Produktionsprozesse für hochkomplexe Hybridbaugruppen aus kunststoffumspritzten Metallkomponenten, um diese über die gesamte Produktlebenszeit in millionenfacher Stückzahl zu fertigen. Dabei verschmelzen Technologien wie Konstruktion, Werkzeugbau, Stanztechnik, Automation, Spritzguss und Messtechnik zu einer kundenorientierten Lösung. Das Ergebnis sind Komponenten für die Branchen: Automotive, Energie, Industrie, Haustechnik sowie Powertools. We develop production processes for highly complex hybrid assemblies made of plastic-molded metal components in order to manufacture them in quantities of millions over the entire product lifetime. In the process, technologies such as design, toolmaking, stamping, automation, injection molding and metrology are merged into a customer-oriented solution. The results are components for the industries: automotive, energy, industry, building services and power tools.
