We aim to provide comprehensive support to address the concerning rise in mental health issues affecting children and young people. Our concept was founded by a specialist child protection social worker with extensive experience in direct work with children and young people. This expertise forms the foundation of our approach and understanding of the challenges faced by young individuals today. In addition to workshops for children and young people, we offer tailored team-building, mindfulness, and self-care sessions to meet the unique needs of organisations operating in high-stress environments, including children's services, schools, probation services, and more.
