Self Mastery International was founded by Peggy in 1997 after working internationally, primarily in the UK, Ireland and India as well as Haiti. She discovered that a global approach to ameliorating challenges faced in the workplace would assist individuals and organizations to innovate and create new strategies that bring out the best in team members. Drawing from multidisciplinary approaches over the years, we designed a variety of programs and methodologies to create culture change, improve morale and increase compassionate communication.
