My mission is to facilitate and coach the inner development of organisations and individuals. For true sustainability, peace and success. What do I do? Facilitation and coaching of behavioural, relationship/social, emotional, psychological and spiritual transformation- Inner development programs - Leadership processes or trainings - Purpose driven strategy - Individual leadership coaching - Group and team development - Conflict prevention, solution and peace building - Lectures I also work part time as a dialogue partner together with my husband Peter H Hallström. We work with individuals, couples and smaller groups. How do I work? I design processes starting from the present moment one step at a time (agile mindset), workshops, training, coaching sessions, retreats and lectures.
