Selfish Yoga

I created SELFish Yoga after qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2018. Yoga is not simply movement - it's a lifestyle and I consider myself incredibly lucky to be able to teach yoga alongside my professional career in marketing. I pride myself on my inclusive teaching style - in the 5 years I've been teaching yoga I've taught the local community, delivered corporate yoga experiences, organised wellbeing retreats and led bespoke hen do sessions - guiding students of all genders and abilities in movement and stillness. During the 20/21 season, I was appointed as the yoga teacher for Leicester City Football Club, delivering weekly sessions for the first team, focussed on functional movement, breathwork and relaxation.
