Our mission is to guide purpose-driven women on their journeys to food freedom and self-discovery by offering tools like meditation, journaling, and conscious dance. Through these practices, we explore the deeper emotions and beliefs behind food behaviors, helping women build confidence, self-worth, and lasting transformation. Hello, I am Kendra, the face behind Selflove Journey. What I am calling in is a vibrant community of women seeking more freedom, ease, and joy in life. Together, we create a safe, nurturing space to share, grow, and shine our authentic lights.
