I’m Sarbjeet Kaur, and I believe that self-love is the key to unlocking your true potential. My mind was overwhelmed with negativity, and I didn’t even realize that my thoughts were taking me down a path of depression. Most days, I struggled with suicidal thoughts, but deep down, I knew that wasn’t who I truly was. One book changed everything — "" by Louise Hay. It showed me the power of positive thinking and affirmations. With that, I started replacing negative self-talk with loving, affirming thoughts. And my life started to change. ’ : In 2017, I created my Instagram and Facebook page, SelfLoveIsThePower, to share my journey with others. As I wrote about my experiences, I realized that my story resonated with many people. Some even reached out for coaching. That’s when I realized my purpose. My coaching focuses on helping - who.
