My skills and knowledge stem from a wide-ranging variety of projects which has included commercial production, feature filmmaking, episodic television, digital integrated production and broadcast design. My expertise includes: • Developing creative treatments, SOWs, budgets and schedules when bidding projects of various scope and complexity • Organizing and orchestrating all details of production from inception through delivery • Managing all aspects of design, live-action, editorial, visual effects and digital production; including internal teams as well as outside vendors and creative collaborators/partners • Providing project planning, resource allocation, financial tracking, risk analysis and cost management • Maintaining good client relations for company; obtaining and retaining new clientele • Providing mentorship, guidance and support to all staff members
