Selma Cafe
Building the next phase of the local food economy in and around Washtenaw County. We serve a breakfast sourced from our area farmers and other producers every Friday morning from 6:30 to 10:00. We have about 120 to 180 people come to breakfast each week. Proceeds from the breakfast fund loans to area farmers to build hoop-houses. Four-season production and finance are the weakest links in our present food system. Changing the world has never been so fun and tasty!
