We have trained and coached leaders and teams successfully onsite for many years, and we are now changing our focus to supporting leaders online. The content of our coaching remains the same Leadership Relationships Communication Supporting leaders online Most of the time, and for most of us, our communication is fine, and we communicate well, but there are times when we need support. Some of these times are – When the stakes are high When we are struggling to understand someone When we can see that someone is not understanding us When there is a communication breakdown When there is conflict There are also situations when we need support. Some of these are – When we are recruiting someone When we need to promote someone When we need to understand a client we are working with When we are consulting or coaching When we are selling, and we need to understand our customer When we need to understand our stakeholders When we are a scrum master setting up for a sprint When we are leading teams or groups And when we need to understand our spouse, children, parents or siblings There are so many advantages to coaching online, and in some respects it is more effective than face-to-face. We are still available to work with clients if needed, but we would prefer to work online.
