S.E.M. & Associates, engineers, architects and consultants, was established in November 1987 and in the year 2003 was included in the Department of State as a professional services corporation and named SEM & Associates, P.S.C. Santos E. Meléndez Cordero, founder and President establishes the company in the 1987 and since then, SEM & Associates, P.S.C. it coordinates projects from its conceptual stage to its final construction stage, always considering the necessities, preferences and budget of our clients.
