Semantum is a software development company founded in 2007. We offer software solutions for modelling and simulation. Software development at Semantum is based on Simantics platform, the Open Operating System for Modelling and Simulation. Simantics is an open source software platform developed to accelerate the adoption of modelling, simulation, and other computational methods in industry and research. We aim to enable new type of simulation business based on software components and services. Semantum offices are located in Espoo, Finland. Services at Semantum focus on managing information content across the industrial plant lifecycle. We offer engineering automation solutions for rapid and efficient design, procurement and delivery of modern plants as well as simulation-based Industrial IoT solutions for decision support of already operational facilities. Semantum also specializes on development, maintenance and integration of system simulation tools and on providing cloud-based simulation-as-a-service solutions.
