Semester Sublet

We are a site solving college student's one semester housing dilemmas. As parents who have dealt with the stress of having to find a subletter to offset housing expenses when our kids studied abroad, we know firsthand how difficult, time consuming and upsetting the process is. Helping students and parents save money subletting unused bedrooms when students study abroad is our goal and it will now be easier than ever before! Those needing sublets include students living in unhappy/ uncomfortable situations, students needing to move out of frat or sorority houses, students studying abroad who are returning to campus,"Super seniors" needing housing while they finish up their last few credits to graduate, international and graduate students working, interning, volunteering and teaching at or near campus and summer school students.
