As individuals and as part of an organization, our presence, manifestations, and expressions are cultivated towards various traits, such as passion, purpose, gratitude, compassion, creativity, resilience, surrender, leadership, and stewardship. Core to these qualities are keen awareness, inter-connectedness & wisdom. Mindfulness practice enables us to be more aware of what is, to experience the inter-connectedness of every existence, and the wisdom in any occasion. We believe that mindfulness is the art of being and mindful individuals in an organization tend to foster evolutionary purpose, generate holistic value creation, and seek infinite game in everything they do. We provide space for mindfulness practices. These spaces can be done through out-of-office retreats, sessions as part of kick-off or end-of-period evaluation meetings, leadership development programs, and employee engagement workshops, both in online or offline mode. Sessions are presented through topics - challenges & opportunities - both at individuals and organizational levels. We use Method as a context - not as a discipline/approach - and focus more on mindfulness as the Non-Method.
