Send Mammogram is transforming how breast images are requested, shared, and accessed - improving continuity of care for women and modernizing workflows for imaging providers. Despite advances in breast imaging, prior mammograms are still frequently exchanged using fax, CDs, and manual processes. These outdated methods create delays, increase administrative burden, and often leave patients without timely access to their own records - leading to fragmented care and unnecessary repeat exams. Send Mammogram replaces legacy workflows with secure, cloud-based breast image sharing designed specifically for mammography. Our platform enables faster, more reliable exchange of prior images between facilities while supporting efficiency, compliance, and real-world imaging operations. At the center of our ecosystem is MammoVault®, a patient-facing mobile app that empowers women to request prior mammograms, store their breast health history, and track imaging records over time. Mammsi™, our emerging AI-ready breast health assistant, is designed to provide educational support and guidance throughout the imaging journey. Breast Care Connect™ expands access by helping women identify mammography facilities and resources, while Got Mammogram® supports education and awareness around early detection. Send Mammogram collaborates with the Send Mammogram Foundation, Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing equitable access to breast imaging and reducing barriers to continuity of care. Together, we align technology, education, and advocacy to support patients, providers, and communities. Founded in 2013 and launched in 2018, Send Mammogram is built on deep frontline experience in breast imaging and healthcare operations.
