Additionally, as the 30 million uninsured are added to our medical system, baby boom doctors retire, and fewer doctors pursue primary care, an already overtaxed system will endure more strain resulting in serious shortage of primary care physicians. It will become increasingly difficult to receive timely and personal care with a physician. Sendant offers a premium level of patient care focused on increasing productivity and quality of life for our members. We have a synergistic practice that blends physician care into daily life; facilitating the adoption of habits that allows you to transcend into a healthier you. We limit each of our physician’s practice to around 50 families insuring patients have a personal relationship with their physician. The concierge program is designed to be convenient and efficient in treatment of disease, but more importantly we focus on prevention, fitness, and overall wellness. The way it works… Patients pay a monthly membership fee that allows them 24/7 access to their physician. New patients go through a state-of-the art physical when they join and annually thereafter. Results from the physical identify any current or potential health concerns. Our team of providers coordinates with the member to develop a program to address any concerns or goals that are identified. We have a nutritionist, personal trainers and fitness center on site and all are coordinated to assist patients in meeting their health goals. Our program identifies diseases like cancer at the earliest possible opportunity, and chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease can be managed effectively and conveniently.
