Sendante relieves the confusion, hassle and fear in the current healthcare system. We offer a premium level of patient care focused on increasing productivity and quality of life for our members. We have a synergistic practice that blends physician care into daily life; facilitating the adoption of habits that help you to LIVE WELL. We limit each of our physician’s practice to around 150 people insuring patients have a personal relationship with their physician. The concierge program is designed to be convenient and efficient in treatment of disease, but more importantly we focus on prevention, fitness, and overall wellness. The way it works…Members pay a monthly fee that gives them 24/7 access to their doctor. New patients go through a comprehensive physical when they join and yearly thereafter. Results from the physical identify any current or potential health concerns. Our team of providers coordinates with the patient to develop a program to address any concerns or goals that are identified. We have a nutritionist, personal trainers and gym on site and all are coordinated to assist patients in meeting their health goals. Our program identifies diseases like cancer at the earliest possible opportunity, and chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease can be managed effectively and conveniently. The first location opens May 1st, 2011. Additional locations in the Portland, OR area are planned within 18 months and 25 location throughout the NW within 5 years.
