Sendtac Ltd are an established team of specialist practitioners with many years of experience supporting children and advising parents and educators with all aspects of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Sendtac was formed in 2018 following LEA cuts to many Inclusion Services across England, we made the exciting decision to leave the LEA and set up our own company delivering early years training and offering consultancy/support services. We are made up of Specialist SEND teachers, Consultancy, Paramedics, Firefighters, Children's Home Residential Management. Having a diverse background helps equip us with specialist knowledge and experience. This enables us to offer high quality training. In our CPD suite, we offer an array of training, both face to face and online, along with NCFE Level 3 Courses. These are: Level 3 SENCo in the Early Years, Level 3 Supporting Young People and Children With Speech, Language and Communication and Level 2 Neurodiversity and Self-Regulation. As an NCFE training Centre we have been graded as excellent. We also offer Positive Behaviour Management Training (Team Teach) which is accredited by the ICM and is award-winning. Team teach has a strong emphasis on relationships and the attributes that drive behaviour. Our focus is 95% understanding behaviours and focusing on de-escalation and 5% the use of intervention. This is emphasised throughout our courses. We truly believe emotions drive behaviours, which is why it is so important to understand the feelings behind behaviour. Our goal is to increase staffs knowledge and confidence through our high quality training to really empower our children today. We believe that there is no one better to train you, than someone who has experience and a real understanding of your job. That is us.
