Senior Connections

Senior Connections provides specialized psychological services to older adults in long-term care and assisted living communities throughout Washington State. Founded in 1998, Senior Connections is dedicated to enhancing quality of life for individuals navigating late-life transitions, medical complexity, and cumulative loss. Our licensed psychologists and therapists deliver evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to the unique emotional and cognitive needs of aging adults. Our clinicians work on-site within nursing homes and assisted living facilities, offering assessment, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultation with interdisciplinary care teams. We frequently support residents experiencing low mood, difficulty experiencing pleasure, anxiety, adjustment challenges, cognitive changes, and the psychological impact of multiple and accumulating late-life losses. Services are funded through Medicare Part B and private insurance, ensuring accessible mental health care for an often underserved population.
