We offer health exercise for people aged 50+ in all Prague districts and across the Czech Republic. We have trained instructors who understand needs and wishes of people aged 50+. The health exercise can be combined with elements of yoga, physiotherapy, tai-chi and etc. on client's request. Moreover, Senior fitnes has its own Cultural Community Center and Academy SEN FIT.
