Senior for NGO Services® one of the developmental activities to support the participation of citizens and NGOs in the development process, through the work on the institutional structure of NGOs, and through the following services: • Networking and exchange of information between NGOs to each other, and between them and local, regional and global level, and, and between the government and the private sector, on the other hand. • Provide technical assistance and training on the capacity of NGOs in the field of internal governance, and management development, and financial management, and civil work activities. • providing financial advisory services both traditional financing systems, or by alternative financing (Crowed funding). • Functions support, which aims to facilitate the production and service projects of NGOs and support services. And to work on raising the institutional capacity of NGOs, on three levels: the ability to exist and the ability to act and the ability to link and this is done through the following modules- NGOs Academy: To training of cadres on the basic functions needed by NGOs, to effectively work in this sector, with professional expertise, related to the institutional building of NGOs - The NGOs and services unit: This unit is providing administrative, accounting & finance Consulting, and institutional building for NGOs, and give tools to manage these NGOs- Business Support Unit: Operating and business support unit to facilitate the performance of NGOs for production and service projects- Crowed funding Unit : working on Crowed funding culture, to increasing independence of NGOs decisions, and implemented at the Arab and international platforms- Quality and Standards of NGOs unit: Scientific and professional work on the producing of quality standards for NGOs, by assessment the performance of NGOs, and adjust their activities, including agrees desired effect of all relevant parties.
