As concierge Geriatric Care Managers we can comprehensively assess your loved one's medical, physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. We then identify resources to maximize their independence and improve their quality of life. We advocate for our clients and coordinate all health care and related services. Some of the ways we can help your loved ones include: interacting with medical personnel, managing home health aides, medication compliance and assessing any changes in behavior, physical appearance, hygiene and nutrition.
