Support Network (S.S.N) provides additional support for both residents of senior living communities and their loved ones through comprehensive services, therapies, and interventions. Our primary goal is to help our seniors live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. We achieve this by encouraging increased organization and socialization, and supporting our clients’ desire to maintain a sense of independence and control in their lives. Our services are provided on-site at assisted living communities in a professional, compassionate, and cost effective manner. All intakes, evaluations, services, and treatment sessions provided by licensed clinicians are available to individuals in the comfort and privacy of their home environment. We will come to you! For eligible residents, weekly sessions with our clinician(s) are covered by Medicare and secondary insurers, which means. No additional out of pocket fees to be paid by the individual or their family!
