Seniors Pathway

Seniors Pathway has been successfully helping the elderly fulfil their lives for over 10 years and we have helped over clients stay at home longer or access an appropriate Aged Care Facility. Its Principal, Cate King has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and is an Accredited Aged Care Quality Assessor. Cate is ably supported by two highly experienced full-time Aged Care Consultants on Staff and as a result is able to professionally represent clients using our strong and established networks within the Aged Care Industry to secure community services and placement. We can assist in guiding you through the aged care system by initially attending an appointment booked with Cate King of which the first 30 minutes is at no charge if you don’t proceed. During this period, we can then establish the best type of service to suit your needs: an Advisory Consultation / Case Management Service or a Full Aged Care Placement Service.
