Seniors Samba

Nearly 20 years ago, I created Seniors Samba as a way to enhance the quality of life for senior living community residents. Our program is an interactive music and movement series, designed to:* Increase cognitive functions * Improve confidence * Utilize fine motor skills * Increase memory skills Most importantly, it creates strong community interaction and invites all to have fun! Originally designed as an in-community experience, our program has now evolved into a fully immersive virtual experience for residents. The program includes turn-key solutions for your facility to incorporate dynamic and effective activities for seniors in an inclusive format. Clear, concise & energetic series of 30-minute classes, encouraging residents to sing, play instruments and move to music.
