At Senius Care we believe in giving customers as much control as possible. As an Introductory Agency, we work with you to find a good match for your family’s care needs with the self-employed carers registered on the Senius platform. Senius Care carers are independent professionals. Therefore, the live-in carer who works with you will be contracted directly with your family. They accordingly manage the day-to-day care of our care recipients. This includes managing personal care, risk assessments, continuation of care assessments and anything else that may be required to make sure the customer is safe and comfortable in the place they’re happiest – their own home. As an Introductory Agency, Senius Care does not usually maintain an “ongoing role”. However, in terms of helping you to manage your care arrangements, we go above and beyond what many other Introductory Agencies offer. We will do everything we can to make your family’s care as stress-free as possible.
