In 2020 Poggipolini S.p.A. founded SENS IN ® S.r.l, an innovative start up with the mission of developing intelligent fasteners that provide data in real time for continuous monitoring. Fully digitise mechanics by extracting data from where it has never been extracted before, through robust, industry ready, and easy to apply intelligent bolts. Welcome to the internet of fasteners. Between 2023 and 2025 SENS IN Srl has won and implemented a call financed by the Emilia-Romagna Regional Programme PR FESR 2021–2027. The project focused on the hardware and firmware development of electronic boards for both wired and wireless product lines, aimed at improving performance, reliability, and scalability. This investment is part of our long-term strategy dedicated to innovation in embedded sensors and advanced structural monitoring, providing integrated and intelligent solutions for the aerospace, automotive, energy, and industrial markets.
