Working closely with SEN schools, pupil referral units, alternative provisions, residential schools and mainstream schools with SEN Staffing requirements in London and the surrounding home counties.Senser Recruitment supplies temporary, contract and permanent staff, trained in educating and supporting children and young adults with special education needs and disabilities. The majority of our client base are specialist education provisions that provide schooling for children and young people whose specialist education needs or care cannot be met within a mainstream setting. The children our clients educate and care for include those with Statements and EHCPs or medical needs and looked after children (LAC). The children that our clients support often require care, 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 support systems, adapted teaching styles and may use alternative methods of communication such as British sign language,(BSL) picture exchange communication system (PECS),(PODs), MAKATON & Visual Time Tables.
