I earned a B.A. in applied economics from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico City and a M.S. in food science with sensory science emphasis from the University of California, Davis. Prior to starting Sensights, I worked for Fortune 100 food companies, ConAgra Foods and General Mills, and the research company Food Perspectives in the USA. Most recently, I led the Latin America Product Guidance team in The Coca-Cola Company.
