In financing through Senson Group, its consultants would provide guidance to the borrower's entities. This ensured that the loan was repaid and the businesses are successful. Senson Group has its own mortgage portfolio that it manages as well. Additionally, Senson Group Ltd acts as a broker for financing of international real estate and business projects. Currently it charges 5% of gross amount for this service. Funding is typically secured as a loan, equity or from sale of shares. Fees are all performance based and no advance payments are requested. Our consultants have successfully written bids for foreign aid funding on behalf of NGOs and managed projects across the Caribbean. We offer consulting services across all spectrum of businesses.
