Sensual Institute

The Sensual Institute is a learning space for those who are done performing healing and ready to start living it. It was founded to answer a quiet longing: To feel again. To come home to the body. To reconnect with what makes us alive, intuitive, and whole. We teach The I AWAKE System, a poetic and somatic method for personal transformation. This method weaves together three lineages: Jungian depth psychology, nervous system science, and mythic ritual practice. It is a symbolic technology, rooted in embodiment, designed to support real change. At the heart of the Institute is a nine-book journey through what we call the Sensual Hero’s Journey. A clear, compassionate path through the phases of disconnection, self-repair, and return. Each book offers its own immersive teachings, nervous system rituals, symbolic practices, and mythically structured reflection. This is not traditional coaching or spiritual bypass. It is deeply honest work designed to meet you where you are and walk beside you. Our live programs include weekly theory and practice sessions, small-group integration, guided somatic exercises, and imaginal fieldwork. Students are invited into community, but never pressured into exposure. Intimacy, safety, and sovereignty are central to how we teach. The Sensual Institute is for the seeker who’s also a builder.
