We're a fresh-approach Atlassian partner, founded by a bunch of ex-Atlassian alumni's to solve one big problem. Over our years of working at Atlassian we kept facing the same challenge where the low-touch model left customers neglected & guessing in the dark about whether they've set things up the right way or if there are ways to do things better. It happens to more than 70% of customers - and thats why we got together & founded Senzo - the only ex-Atlassian alumni solution partner, aiming to show customers the best ways to use the tools, just as we did internally. That sort of approach should make sense!
